Studio Questions
How do I get to the studio?
The studio is a private one, without a sign outside. It’s a one-to-one, pre-book only place in Alt-Treptow. The full address is in the confirmation email.
Can I bring a friend?
Not at this moment in time.
Can I bring my dog?
I’m currently training my own dog to be an even good-er boy so please let me know before bringing your hound with you. They will need to meet off leash, outside, first.
Online Diary Questions
Where is the price list?
Prices and service descriptions are within my online diary. Head the the “Crew” page, click the pinky purple “Book Now” buttons - they will appear when my diary is open.
Why can’t I book the day/time I want?
If you can’t see the appointment you’re after, it’s not available. I’m flexible with my diary and always update my hours and days. People also change their bookings so check again if you can’t find one to suit right away.
How do I book?
When my diary is open, the pinky/purple button will appear on the “Crew” page. When it’s closed, please add yourself to my mail list- I will send an email to say when it is open. Add yourself to my mail list HERE.
What should I book?

Can I book a pedicure?
Yes.
Do I need to book a removal service?
If you need something removed from your nails before I start a fresh manicure of any description, then yes.
This can take a while (especially when removing unknown products from previous studios) so I need extra time for your manicure service.
Do you do Gift Vouchers?
Yes, they are digital vouchers. Head to the “Shop” page.
Cancellation Questions
How do I cancel?
Keep your confirmation email when you book. It has links on there so you can change or cancel. Save the booking to your online calendar using the buttons in the email.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are given manually if the appointment is cancelled/changed with 48 hours notice, or more. It can take up to 5-10 days to appear in your account.
Nail Art Questions
How much is……..?
Prices of added nail art start from €13 and go upwards.
Do you do this *insert picture/video here* kind of nail art?
I like to try my hand at most things! I look forward to seeing what you’re also inspired by and we can come up with something together. I have my own style and if you would like me to do “my thing” from seeing an inspirational picture, then I’d be happy to do that too. I would prefer not to directly copy a design but to put my own style to it.
What kind of nail art shall I book?
I have divided my nail art prices into 4 main categories online, for ease. I like to have a consultation with you to talk about colours, designs, inspiration and moods before we get to that part of the manicure, to make sure we are both on the same page. Prices and timings for these categories are guidelines so the final price may vary, but always clarified beforehand.
Product Questions
Nail talk can get confusing if you’re not a qualified nail tech, so this is more of a guide to help you choose what you want or don’t want. Also, it’s sometimes best to just talk to your nail tech and see what service fits to your needs.

How Do I remove Shellac? (If it’s 100% branded Shellac throughout the service)

Do you do SNS nails?
No. But I DO use Après Gel X nails, Flexi Tips, CND Acrylic, gel, Shellac, The GelBottle Inc, BIAB by The GelBottle Inc, OPI, Essie and Uslu products.
